Dough ingredients:

· 8 tablespoons almond flour

· 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

· 1 tablespoon of lemon zest

· 2 eggs

· 1 dessert spoon of MCT

· 1 tablespoon of XILITOL FAMILY®

· 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast

 

Topping ingredients:

· 1 sachet of COLAGENTEK® BEAUTY taste APPLE WITH CINNAMON

· 150ml of water

 

Preparation mode:

· In a small bowl, beat the dough ingredients well with a fork or fouet. Mix the baking powder last and place the mixture in small cupcake pans and bake in a medium oven for 10 minutes;

· Add the icing ingredients and after the roasted dumpling, drizzle the icing over the top;

· Refrigerate for an hour and serve or eat warm. A delight to kick off autumn!
