Ingredients:

· 250g of avocado

· 100g of CHOCO FAMILY®

· 100g chocolate bar 70%

· 5ml vanilla extract

Preparation mode:

· In a processor or mixer, beat the avocado until it becomes a very smooth cream;

· Add the CHOCO FAMILY® and reserve;

· Melt the chocolate in a water bath while stirring so as not to burn and add the vanilla;

· Mix the Avocado Cream with the melted chocolate and refrigerate for 4 hours or 40 minutes in the freezer;

· Grease your hands, make balls and pass the CHOCOFAMILY®.
