Mass:

  • 150g of almond flour
  • 25g sesame
  • 8g psyllium or flaxseed flour
  • 30g of cold ghee butter
  • A chicken egg
  • 10ml of Cane Molasses

Stuffing:

  • 250g of hydrated cashew nuts (8hrs of sauce)
  • 10ml of Cane Molasses
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 2 measures of COLAGENTEK® Taste Green apple

Topping:

  • 3 green apple units;
  • 2 tablespoons of XILITOL FAMILY®

Preparation mode:

  • Mix the dough ingredients with the chilled ghee butter;
  • Roll out the dough directly into the 18 to 20cm mold;
  • Place in the oven for 20 min until the dough is golden brown;  
  • For the filling, beat the hydrated chestnuts, the juice of a moldy lemon and finally the COLAGENTEK® Taste Green apple;
  • For the topping, pass the green apples through the cutter and make half a moon, melt the XILITOL FAMILY® and glaze the apples;
  • Put on the cream of COLAGENTEK® Taste Green apple On top of the baked dough and make decorations with the green apples on top.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve afterwards.
