Ingredients:

· 3 tablespoons (soup) of MCT

· 5 eggs

· 1 cup (tea) of green banana biomass

· ½ cup of XILITOL FAMILY®

· 6 tablespoons (soup) of CHOCO FAMILY®

· 1 teaspoon (teaspoon) of chemical yeast

Preparation mode:

· Whisk all ingredients (except baking powder) in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is formed;

· Add the baking powder and stir with a spatula;

· Place the mixture in a greased English cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC, for approximately 45 minutes;

· Remove from the oven and, if desired, sprinkle CHOCO FAMILY® on top to decorate and be delighted!
