Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon (12g) of chia
- 1 tablespoon (15g) of flaxseed
- 1 date (10 g)
- 100ml coconut milk
- 2 large slices (200g) of papaya papaya
- An envelope of SIMFORT®
- 1 serving (30g) of ISOCRISP® WHEY
Preparation mode:
- Soak 1 tablespoon of chia, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed and 1 date to soak overnight in 100ml of coconut milk in the refrigerator;
- Remove from the refrigerator and beat the mixture with a blender with 2 slices of papaya, finally, add 1 envelope of SIMFORT® and press the push button;
- Serve in a bowl and finish with ISOCRISP® WHEY.
Chef's tip: To make it lighter, replace the milk with coconut water.
