Dough ingredients:
· 1 Banana;
· 1 cup of granola;
· 1 tablespoon of honey;
· 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
Stuffing ingredients:
· 3 scoops of WHEY FORT® 3W taste COOKIE & CREAM;
· 600g of almond sour cream;
· 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum;
· ½ tablespoon of almond essence;
· 1 tablespoon of cornstarch;
Method of preparing the dough:
· Place the peeled bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork, adding honey, granola and cinnamon and mixing them well;
· Pour this dough into molds, molding into the shape of small baskets;
· Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180º C;
· Remove from the oven, cool to unmold the baskets and place the filling.
Method of preparing the filling:
· In a saucepan, add the heavy cream, starch and the 3 scoops of WHEY FORT® 3W taste COOKIE & CREAM;
· Stir over low heat until a creamy, homogeneous texture forms;
· Wait for it to cool down and fill your basket;
· Finish with almond essence, CHOCOFAMILY®, ISOCRISP® WHEY and fruit to taste.
