Ingredients:

· 3 Spoons (soup) of CHOCO FAMILY®

· 2 Scoops of ISOFORT® WPI taste NEUTRAL

· 2 Spoons (soup) of XYLITOL FAMILY®

· 2 cups of skim milk (or coconut)

· ½ Cup skimmed milk powder

· 2 Eggs

· MCT Vitafor greasing

Preparation mode:

· Whisk the skimmed milk with a blender, ISOFORT® WPI taste NEUTRAL, eggs (if you wish you can remove the film from the yolks) and CHOCO FAMILY® until a homogeneous mixture is obtained;

· Join the XYLITOL FAMILY® and the skimmed powdered milk and beat with a blender for another 1 minute;

· Transfer to medium silicone form or a greased mold with MCT and cook in a water bath covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour at 180 degrees;

· Cool it in the refrigerator until firm for about 3 hours. Disinform and decorate with confectionery!
