Mass:

• 200g of green banana biomass

• 4 tablespoons demerara sugar

• 3 lemon balm branches (50g)

• A scoop of COLAGENTEK® Taste GREEN APPLE

Preparation mode:

• Whisk the biomass, the lemon balm and the sugar in a processor;

• Transfer to a saucepan and stir over low heat until ready;

• Add the COLAGENTEK® Taste GREEN APPLE and mix well;

• If you wish, make balls and roll them in grated coconut.
