Dough ingredients:

· 1 cup of WHEY FORT® 3W taste PAÇOCA;

· ½ Cup of peanut butter;

· 1 teaspoon of cornstarch;

· 1 Teaspoon of XYLITOL FAMILY®;

· 1 teaspoon of baking soda;

· ½ Cup of semi-dark chocolate chips.

 

Preparation mode:

· In a bowl, mix the ingredients, until a dough forms, with the help of your hands work the dough into a ball;

· Shape balls of approximately 20 g of dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper;

· Flatten the balls to form a small disc;

· Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for approximately 15 minutes or until the cookies are baked;

· Wait for it to cool and serve!
