Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dried chickpea tea
- ½ unit of finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons of Roasted Baru
- ½ teaspoon rice flour
- 2 Measuring Spoons of ISOFORT® WPI Taste NEUTRAL
Preparation mode:
- Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours under refrigeration, changing the water 3 times;
- Drain the water from the chickpeas and process it with the onion;
- Add the baru, garlic, parsley, salt and cumin;
- Mix the flour and baking powder, beat a little and finally add the ISOFORT® WPI Taste NEUTRAL;
- Place the dough under refrigeration for 2 hours;
- After removing from refrigeration, roll balls and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
