Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of dried chickpea tea
  • ½ unit of finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Roasted Baru
  • ½ teaspoon rice flour
  • 2 Measuring Spoons of ISOFORT® WPI Taste NEUTRAL

Preparation mode:

  • Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours under refrigeration, changing the water 3 times;
  • Drain the water from the chickpeas and process it with the onion;
  • Add the baru, garlic, parsley, salt and cumin;
  • Mix the flour and baking powder, beat a little and finally add the ISOFORT® WPI Taste NEUTRAL;
  • Place the dough under refrigeration for 2 hours;
  • After removing from refrigeration, roll balls and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
