Dry ingredients:

· 60g of golden flaxseed;

· 60g of sesame;

· 50g of pumpkin seed;

· 20g of sunflower seed;

· A scoop of SIMFORT® FIBRAS;

· 1 pinch of salt;

· 1 pinch of oregano;

· 2/3 cup of water.

 

Preparation mode:

· Mix all ingredients and let stand until a gel forms;

· Arrange in a pan greased with olive oil and bake on low heat for about 10 minutes;

· Break it into different pieces and return to the oven for another 10 minutes;

· Cool and consume or store.
