INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of tea (100g) of skinless almonds
- 1 tablespoon of the juice of a lemon
- a pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 sachets of SIMFORT® FIBERS
- ¼ cup (tea) of filtered water
- 6 small basil leaves
PREPARATION MODE:
- In a bowl, add the almonds, cover with filtered water and leave to soak for 10 hours; (Note: If the almonds are on the skin, add hot water to make them easier to remove);
- Strain the almonds, disregarding the beetroot water and reserve;
- In a blender, add the strained almonds together with the other ingredients: lemon — salt — olive oil — SIMFORT® FIBERS and the basil.
- Whisk until the mixture is smooth;
- Place in a container and serve afterwards.
