Ingredients:

· ¼ cup of pumpkin seed

· ¼ cup of flaxseed

· ¼ cup of sunflower seed

· ¼ cup of quinoa flour

· A scoop of COLAGENTEK® PROTEIN taste NEUTRAL

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil

· 3 tablespoons of water

· ½ tablespoon of curry

· Salt in August

 

Preparation mode:

· Mix all ingredients in a bowl and preheat the oven to 200 degrees;

· On a greased baking sheet, roll out the mixture making a thin layer. Tighten well with parchment paper on top and bake until dry and toasted. This may vary depending on each oven, so it's important to observe;

· Remove, cut into pieces according to the desired size and store in a sealed container to keep the crunch;

· Enjoy!
