Ingredients:

  • 4 avocados or 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of squeezed lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 3 chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 slice of finely chopped onion
  • A small piece of raw garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of MCT Vitafor
  • 9g of Creafort®

Preparation mode:

  • Mash the avocado with a fork until it becomes a puree and gradually add the other ingredients of the recipe, mixing very well;
  • Serve as a starter or appetizer.

Chef's tip: Serve with the Christmas cookies!
