Ingredients:

· 2 tablespoons of cream or sour cream;

· 3 tablespoons of whole wheat yogurt;

· 1 measuring spoon of ISOFORT® WPI taste NEUTRAL;

· Lemon and salt drops to taste.

 

Preparation mode:

· Mix all ingredients with the aid of a spoon;

· In a very hot skillet greased with olive oil or butter, pour a thin layer of dough and leave it on low heat covered with a lid until golden brown;

· After browning, turn to the other side and repeat the process until it looks like pita bread and/or wrap;

· It's ready for you to fill as you prefer and be delighted!
