Baked ingredients:

  • 200g of smoked tofu
  • 200g of lentils
  • An onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of MCT
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet powder

Seasoning ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke

Marinade ingredients:

  • ½ onion
  • A lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of Cane Molasses
  • 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce or coconut nectar
  • 2 tablespoons of clear miso
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon of lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 100ml white wine (optional, can be replaced with orange juice)
  • A measuring spoon of ISOFORT® PLANT Taste BANANA WITH CINNAMON

Preparation mode:

Marinade

  • Whisk all ingredients and set aside;

Roast

  • Saute the onion until caramelized and then add the garlic, spices and herbs; add the lentils and cook for 10 minutes;
  • Whisk the tofu in a processor then add it to the sauté along with the other ingredients, cover and let it dry completely to make a firm dough, beat again to form a consistent dough without any lumps;
  • Line a table or countertop with plastic paper, place the dough and cover it with another plastic, roll out the dough leaving it at least 1 thick finger;
  • Place the filling of your choice in the center of the dough and, without removing it from the bottom plastic, close the dough with the help of plastic, covering all the holes and especially closing the sides;
  • Grease a bread pan and place the “roast”, drizzling it with the marinade and placing it in a medium oven (180°C) to cook; drizzle from time to time with the marinade, cook for approximately 1 hour.
  • Keep it in the oven until golden brown, remove carefully, heat the remaining marinade in a pan for 3 minutes and serve. Bon Appetit!
