Pasta ingredients:
· 110g of Oatmeal
· 50ml of MCT with AGE
· 1 coffee spoon of Saffron
· Salt to taste
· 2 tablespoons of Water
Stuffing ingredients:
· 1 Egg
· 100g of Ricotta Cream
· 1 coffee spoon of garlic
· Salt to taste
· ½ Scoop of ISOFORT® BEAUTY VANILLA flavor
· ½ Tomato or 5 Cherry Tomatoes
· 100g of Parmesan Cheese
· Oregano to taste
Preparation mode:
· To prepare the dough, mix the oatmeal, MCT, saffron, salt and water. Take it to the multiprocessor, grind well and in a greased form, roll out the dough well and bake for 15 minutes;
· For the filling, add the egg, ricotta cream, garlic, salt and the ISOFORT® BEAUTY VANILLA flavor.
· Add the filling on top of the pasta and finish by garnishing with the tomato, grated parmesan and oregano.
