· Salt and pepper to taste
· 1 spoonful of light ricotta cream
· 1 Wholemeal hamburger bread
· Lettuce and tomato to taste

Preparation mode:
· In a deep bowl, combine the meat, egg, quinoa seeds, and SIMFORT® FIBRAS, season with salt and pepper;
· Then divide into two equal parts and shape into two balls;
· Knead (hamburger format).
