Salad ingredients:

  • 1 saucer (50g) of arugula
  • ½ cup (20g) of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon (10g) of finely chopped celery stalk
  • 1 cup (50g) shredded Italian zucchini
  • 2 units (35g) of small radishes cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon (10g) of sunflower, sesame or pumpkin seeds — raw.
  • ½ cup (50g) of chickpeas
  • ½ cup (100g) grated carrots
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) parsley
  • 1 tablespoon (10g) of leeks
  • 1 measuring spoon (30g) of ISOCRISP® WHEY

Sauce ingredients:

  • Olive oil to taste;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Juice of a lemon

Method of preparing the dough:

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for this energizing salad!
  • Serve with the salad dressing and the ISOCRISP® WHEY.

Chef's tip: You can make different shapes of cuts in the ingredients, such as cube, grater, fillets... use your imagination.
