Ingredients:

  • 6 Units of ripe figs
  • 250g of Tofu
  • 1 Dose of ISOFORT® BEAUTY Neutral flavor
  • A pinch of black pepper (optional)
  • 1 Spoon (tea) of MCT
  • ½ Teaspoon (tea) of salt
  • 2 Spoons (soup) of finely chopped parsley
  • ½ Garlic clove
  • 5 small basil leaves
  • 2 green olives without stones
  • ¼ Cup of coarsely chopped walnuts
  • + or — 2 tablespoons (soup) of water (enough to whisk)
  • To decorate: 1 parsley leaf and a piece of walnut.

Preparation mode:

  • Cut the figs (washed) crosswise, just 1.5 cm (the fig will open like a flower); Set aside.
  • In a blender or mini processor add the drained tofu, the ISOFORT® BEAUTY Neutral flavor, or MCT, pepper, salt, parsley, garlic, basil and olives. Whisk, adding water little by little until it becomes a homogeneous paste;
  • Place this paste in a bowl and mix in the chopped walnuts;
  • Fill each fig and then garnish with the parsley leaf and the piece of walnut;
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and serve immediately!
