Ingredients:
- 6 Units of ripe figs
- 250g of Tofu
- 1 Dose of ISOFORT® BEAUTY Neutral flavor
- A pinch of black pepper (optional)
- 1 Spoon (tea) of MCT
- ½ Teaspoon (tea) of salt
- 2 Spoons (soup) of finely chopped parsley
- ½ Garlic clove
- 5 small basil leaves
- 2 green olives without stones
- ¼ Cup of coarsely chopped walnuts
- + or — 2 tablespoons (soup) of water (enough to whisk)
- To decorate: 1 parsley leaf and a piece of walnut.
Preparation mode:
- Cut the figs (washed) crosswise, just 1.5 cm (the fig will open like a flower); Set aside.
- In a blender or mini processor add the drained tofu, the ISOFORT® BEAUTY Neutral flavor, or MCT, pepper, salt, parsley, garlic, basil and olives. Whisk, adding water little by little until it becomes a homogeneous paste;
- Place this paste in a bowl and mix in the chopped walnuts;
- Fill each fig and then garnish with the parsley leaf and the piece of walnut;
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and serve immediately!
