Ingredients:
· 8 cups (tea) of filtered water
· 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
· 2 medium chuchus, peeled and chopped
· 2 medium yams, peeled and chopped
· 300g of boiled and shredded chicken breast
· 2 tablespoons (soup) of MCT
· 1 cup (tea) of finely chopped spinach
· 1 cup (tea) of finely chopped cauliflower
· 1 cup (tea) of ISOFORT® WPI taste NEUTRAL
· Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
· In a saucepan place the water, salt, sweet potatoes, chuchus and yams;
· Once cooked, mash them in a juicer or with a fork;
· Return to the pot with the cooking water and add the chicken breast;
· Cook a little more and add the MCT, spinach and kale butter;
· Remove from the heat, adjust the salt and add the ISOFORT® WPI taste NEUTRAL;
· Garnish with branches of your choice and a drizzle of olive oil if desired; serve hot.
Vitafor tip: Zucchini, carrot, cassava, pumpkin, etc. can be used for the broth. Use your imagination, vary the menu and bon appetit!
