Ingredients:
· 200 ml hot water
· 200 ml of whipped milk with 2 measuring spoons ISOFORT® WPI taste NEUTRAL
· 200 ml of MCT
· 1 flat dessert spoon of salt
· 1 gem
· 500g sour powder
· 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
Preparation mode:
· Mix the powder with the salt, add only half of the liquids and moisturize the powder until it becomes a fine farofa;
· Add the rest of the liquids and stir until smooth;
· Add the yolk and mix well;
· Place in a pastry bag or zipped bag and make the strips in the pans;
