Ingredients:

• ½ Kiwi Unit

• ½ Scoop of COLAGENTEK® Lemon flavor

• 100 ml of Flavoured Sparkling Water

• Ice to taste

• Sicilian lemon foam

• A sprig of Mint

Preparation mode:

• Mash the kiwi;

• Prepare the COLAGENTEK® Lemon flavor mixing ½ scoop in mineral water;

• Pour into the glass, add ice to taste;

• Add the flavored sparkling water;

• Finish with the Sicilian lemon foam and garnish with the mint!
