Ingredients:

· 200ml of pineapple peel sucha

· 1 sachet of COLAGENTEK® taste PINEAPPLE WITH MINT

· 5 g of grated ginger

· Mint leaves (for garnish)

· Ice to taste

Preparation mode:

· Infuse the pineapple peel with water for 5 minutes;

· Then beat with a blender, strain and add the COLAGENTEK® taste PINEAPPLE WITH MINT in our tea;

· Put the ice, ginger and drink in a glass, and finally add a mint leaf to decorate!
